That's typical of the Vancouver Police Department. Some of them are awesome but some of them are absolute pieces of shit. My buddy just got hired onto the VPD but he's nothing like the douche in the video. He's got a lot of stories like that sadly... they always get away with it, and he's only been on the force for a short time.

I've seen RCMP and provincial police cuff someone and kick them in the back when they're already pinned against a cop car. Lots of roughing up and strong arming. They only make around the amount that a McDick's manager would make, so I can see why they're always so angry.

Don't see a problem was non lethal force he moved his hand after being given a lawful order..no problem as once cuffs were on nothing happened..come on getbiggers wake up. Resist the police get the horns

I got a resisting charge for twisting slightly being cuffed hard and head butting the car on the way in. It was all bullshit, and got dismissed, but you unfortunately have to just go with it. I don't think that guy did anything. However, it depends on why they were on him too.

Well at least they didnt rough him up after the cuffs were on like most bitchass cops would do. Cops are only tough when they have 3 or 4 of their fellow officers to back them up. Before BigMC comes on to skewer me for saying that comment, I wont say say that's ALL cops but a good amount of them. Having cops draw down on you when you're 14yrs old leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

He had one hand cuffed and was nOt resisting just trying to turn his arm and the cop cheap shots him.    Regardless of whY the perp was doing the cop needs tO restrain not assault the perp
