Title: Question???
Post by: BiG_Bob on March 31, 2013, 05:06:10 PM
Is it possible and if so how long would a man have to lift/train/diet/juice to go from looking like John goodman to rich piana.   Or is that just not possible

If nutrient timing was on point, then a week or two. If it was out by a few microseconds, then never.

12.45 years, 987,000 hours, 1,456,944 minutes, and 25,674,876 seconds.

This is all assuming that proper nutrient timing is utilized. And that the individual is staying away from heme iron.
