Ha, yes, I got that when I was 6 or 8 years old. I still have one of the wristbands somewhere. The tape was kinda neat Hulk would count you off, and give you a little motivational speech.

The dumbbells were light, #3-5 or so. I remember being sad that you couldn't adjust them. They got tossed when one fell and cracked, dumping sand all over the place.

I remember there was a spring or some bullshit too where you stretched it out.
