no... i tested myself with a blood-glucose meter with dozens of foods and food combinations... one of the tests i did was with splenda because i use it for baking... i drank about half a cup dissolved in water while in a fasted state (totally gross) and tested my BS every 15 minutes for 3 hours... there was no noticeable change.

Aspartame, Splenda, and Stevia don't stop fat loss in my experience.
