BP - 1.5 x BW.
Squat - 2 x BW.
Deadlift 2.25 x bw.

most lifters have a higher squat the deadlift

That depends, it evens out very close on advanced lifters usually, but in intermediates the Deadlift usually is a bit high.
Also, body type. Shorter, rounder lifters are better squatters usually.

Jen is cute as hell. I love feminine-looking gals who can move a little weight. There used to be one quasi-powerlifting gal at the first gym I joined ... I think her name was Kristin. She was awesome. A tiny thing, maybe 5'1" on a good day. Very small waist, tight butt, nice thighs, but big, striated delts for a girl and super-curly long, very dark brown hair. Imagine a cross between a cuter version of Dana Bailey and a young Julianna Margulies with almost chibi-sized blue eyes.
She was actually a very sweet girl ("girl"; I was 14, and she must've been a good 6-7 years my senior), but the way she partied after she trained was hilarious. If she set a PR, she and the hubby would go split a keg and tons of Marlboro Reds whilst pigging out at an all-you-can-eat buffet (this was '93, so we still had smoking sections in restaurants here in North Cackalacky). If she DIDN'T set a PR, she limited herself to a six-pack, Marlboro Lights and a Whopper with cheese :) LOL.
Last I heard she'd gotten a little chubby, quit training (herniated disc) but earned a BA in something and was a high school teacher. I also understand she divorced the guy she was with 20 years ago. Maybe I'll look her up :D
