tonite i will massive dose grape juice before bed, sine "they" say that grapejuice gives the body tones of melatonin or tryptophan i think its melatonin
im doing this because i feel like im behined on my sleep from caffiene consumption
im sleeping less but getting more done
perhaps this will make me sleep harder, ill find out
what are you doing, just following the book, 5 meals of heme iron, high carbs , moderate to low fat? well great approach hope it works out for you

sugar with heme-iron increases the strength of heme irons bad effects, thats why they say sugar is the devel, these studies on sugar werent with vegetarians they were with meat eaters

it makes you instantly stronger, it can't been just me who noticed this?
try it outdoors for even greater effect.

life to me feels like im teetering on the point of forgetting what ive already done and doing something thats new for me, but leaning towards doing stuff that is new wich is good

barefoot workouts were always helpful have to watch out for spiders

5 circuits of
10 burpees - (W 25lb dumbbells) 10 standing squats - 10 upright rows - 10 curls/verhead press - 10 pop ups
Followed by
5 circuits of
25 pushups - 5 pull ups - 10 burpees
Followed by - 5 trips around the gym holding 35lb kettle balls
Followed by - tie rope to 100lb kettleball and do tug of war type pull - 5 times
Followed by - 10 minutes abs
Followed by - 1 mile at track (stop every 1/4 mile to do 10 standing squats - 10 pushups - 10 pop ups
Followed by - 10 40 yard sprints full speed
Followed by - Bear Crawls 40 yards - x 5

Magnesium is a alternative it's been known as a sleep aid for awhile. Calms the nerves as well.

grab a turkey for 1/lb it's hard to beat post easter sales.
but you have to eat it to get the tryptophan. sorry to the veganists...
been loading up on turkey myself and drowsy all weekend!!!!!!!!!
