I had Kongo up to 515lbs before he left for the UK last month.

Looks to be 455 but im not sure how anyone can hold that with a thumbless grip.

plus the bar, I can't tell the outside plates, but those are the thick training bumpers, so it's lighter than it looks.

2 Large ones are 45's
Next 2 are 25's

I remeber Nicholas Pettas squatting and deadlifting 515  in 95. The late Andy Hug also has a youtube clip deadlifting 260  kgs....some fighters are very explosive and move serious weight. Coach is someone who makes them stronger

Speaking of Hug. The russian that faced a swede this past weeking did the Spinning heel kick to the thigh. Only seen that probably once before in the UFC. I guess Its hard to hit but man the heel to the thigh at a fast speed has to hurt like fuck. Hug made that famous if I recall correctly.

I think I would be too insecure to wear shorts in public if I had legs that skinny.   I think my wrists are bigger than his calves.

fastest guys in the world... little of no calves by bodybuilding standards

 Hug got better at punching and Bernardo got better at kicking believe it or not
