Los Angeles (CNN) -- Tour Manager Paul Gongaware warned Michael Jackson's 1993 Tour Doctor, "Don't be a Dr. Nick" -- a reference to Elvis Presley's last Physician -- according to a deposition for the upcoming wrongful death trial.
"Dr. Nick was the Doctor whose overprescription of Drugs to Elvis had led to Elvis' death," according to a court filing by lawyers for the Jackson family.
Presley collapsed in the bathroom of his Memphis, Tennessee, mansion -- Graceland -- on August 16th, 1977, at the age of 42. While his death was ruled the result of an irregular heartbeat, the autopsy report was sealed amid accusations that abuse of prescription drugs caused the problem.

Humans do not fare well when they can do literally anything they please. Money, although a bitch to many people, does bring boundaries and some should admit that the real reason they didn't go down the drain was because they couldn't afford the amount of drugs it would have taken at the time.
When you're sending a private jet across America to bring you back your favourite burgers, something's got to give.
On the other hand, there are of course multi-billionaires who handle their wealth well, and function in life, however these guys have usually amassed their own fortune and understand work ethic and the value of money.

Maybe the hit singles 'He Touched Me' by Elvis, and 'Beat it' & 'In the closet' by MJ were secret tributes to this dedicated physician?

They were both big time crotch grabbers. Their own for sure. I don't know if they grabbed other people's crotches.
