He won his pro card at last years Nationals. Was actually the MOST aesthetic, balanced guy onstage, but he lost the overall to the super heavy. He's only like 24 I think. I only know this much cuz my girl competed at Nats so I was forced to Schmoe-watch from the back row the whole weekend.

Guy talks alot of sense and i agree with him pre-exhaust saves your joints. i like the shorter range of motion on upright rows. Good Video.
