If it's just a little bit of skin it could fix itself with time.

i went from 3 bills to 170's. i've stayed the same weight for over half a year. not sure it's gonna fix itself at this point. can't afford cosmetic surgery to remove what little is there

being honest no exercise will solve your problem. Using weight on your abs and the oblique area will not help. you can only diet and train your abs as best you can. i know a lot of people here say you canīt isolate a muscle but i think you can intensify the effect with good exercise selection. The best oblique and ab training i did was seated broomstick twists 3x200 reps and crunches 3x50(double crunches bringing elbows to knees) and hanging knee raises 3x15. was a few years ago but i know now that twisting in this position can cause generic disc damage. i did get a super tight waist i have to admit.

sorry bro, only surgery will fix that type of weight loss loose skin issue. "thickening your waist" is not the answer and will change nothing.

Love handles don't really get better by working obliques. It actually gets worse. Big obliques will only look acceptable, and not really good, on a ripped physique. Cover it with 1 inch of fat and you look ten pounds fatter than you are.

I guess this is my punishment for getting fat. Life lesson learned.

I haven't had a drink in 195 days. I think it's about time I give up potato chips and chocolates with that as well.

You could maybe join the circus and call the act: 'Saggo The Amazing Assclown'? I know it's not ideal but at least you'll have something to live for.

There was a guy at my old gym a few yrs ago who had lots of loose skin on his abs...it was like he used to be really fat. When he'd do ab exercises, it would be "unleashed". And he had a flat stomach...it was odd.
