You have one chance mate, get the nasal cauterization, I did after I had a bad nosebleed during which I drove myself to the hospital using one hand to keep a pressure bandage on my nose.
AFTER the cauterization, no problems....

Maybe or sinus issues if in the USA pollen is high now causes allergies and nose/sinus issues.
