bodybuilders are the first to get injured it seems because of the never ending abuse on their bodies

Post by: Marty Champions on April 13, 2013, 02:05:34 PM: back when i used to eat heme-iron i arm wrestled some asshole that wanted to fight me my elbow joint popped out for a second then popped back in and then i tried to break the guys arm when i won cause i was pissed, my elbow was fucked up for about 6 months not terrible just tweaked

heme-iron=weak bones

Post by: liquid_c on April 13, 2013, 02:17:18 PM: I remember John Brezenk saying that most of the arm wrestling broken arms he has seen are in the upper arm where Vic broke his. Happens most often with someone who is strong who doesn't know how to arm wrestle and who has not taken the time to strengthen the bones used in arm wrestling. Basically you want to make sure your shoulder is even with or moving in the same direction as your hand.
