I've been out for about 3 1/2 months do to a seperated should. i've been in the gym for the past two weeks. My question is does anyone have an training splits or programs to help regain my strength?

Hit it hard and consistently, as well as keep the intensity high...that's all the advice you need. If you do that your comback should be a success.

Man, just pace yourseld abd build up the intensity......I was out bout 4 months last year with a broken arm and dislocated shoulder. Back at it 100% now.
