				tossing and turning in shit been drinking a cup a day for two weeks and think the benefits are starting to turn into negative side effects
the first few days i felt more energy but the more days drinking coffee seems to ruffle with my sleep, in the morning ill reflect on my sleep and i feel like i was just laying there dreaming/thinking but not really passed out asleep

				do the rest of you just do your daily coffee dose religiously but getting the same mild stimulant effect
coffee needs to have off days, i just dont see any benefit in using everyday

				You might be really sensitive to caffeine johnny.  I can understand if you drank the coffee later in the evening before bed but if you drink one cup at the start of the day then I don't see how it can disrupt sleep.

				Have you considered your mental illness might be playing up again and this is causing your sleep issues.

				i'm caffeine sensitive so i have 1 cup in the morning. maybe 1 in the afternoon if i'm feeling tired. nothing more

				I drink it daily, but never have been a good sleeper even not taking in caffiene. So not a expert on this one.
