Anyone know who this clown is or if he even "really" exists or is Parillo alter ego? He has a Q & A column in Parillo Performance Press every month for over a decade, and is actually quite funny in "getbig sorta way" :-) Besides the insane training advice (train arms 3 times a week ;-) and ludicrous dietary recommendations (to get ripped just eat more and consume Cap Tri to "build" a fatburning furnace).
But even better is his personal stories, this guy has done everything... Military man, power lifter, martial artist, trainer, body builder, race car driver, scuba diver, judo black belt, MMA journalist (despite constantly spelling names wrong and giving incorrect fight results), hunter, fisher, power drinker, bar room brawler, union strike breaker, nutritionist, animal trainer, married to a former beauty queen champion, etc. etc. AKA he's got to be a member of getbig, no?

There's like 100 more, and he's an expert at all. If he's a "real person" there must be people who know him, pics, training articles, meet results (he claims to be a powerlifting champion and judo champion). It would be awesome if he is real, if anyone else has read his stories (snake bites, deserted in Artics, lost in jungles, mercenaries, etc.) please chime in....

That's what I'm asking!!! Lol, no one questioning u Arce1988, and honestly I hope Iron Vic is for real cuz he'd he a real life super hero... But how could this guy be an expert on training (and everything) else and no one knows who he is? His records, pictures, history, etc. etc.... Just wondering if anyone knows?
