Just wanted to know how many exercises everyone does for each muscle group if you workout each once a week

12-15 sets for large and 9 sets for small. I train each muscle group twice in ten days. once a week is to long of a rest and twice a week is not enough for me. but remember every ones ability to recover is diffrent.

Once a week, number of exercises:
Legs 5
Back 5
Delts 4
Chest 4
Abs 4
Bicep 4
Tricep 4
Trapps 2
Forearms 2
Calves 1

I'm always switching everything up so it's hard to say. Average would be
chest-3
Bi's-3
Tri's-2-3
Back-4-5
Quads-3-4
hams-1-2
calves-1-2
traps-2
Delts-3
-
2-3 exerise per bodypart
