you don't need it for fat-loss, just be sure to keep track of your cals and keep them low enough
so you're 178 cm right? with your frame i'd say that you'd look damn good at about 85 kg @ 6%

currently im eating 1600 kcals i know thats too low but otherwise i cant lose weight at all.. im doing 1600 kcals since 2 weeks and lost already 4 kg before that i was eatin 2200 kcal and didnt lost or gain anything... i dont do cardio because i felt it doesnt work at all for me.. i was killing myself on treadmill for nothing..

i was @ 1600 and and it took me down to 6%
the key is you gotta keep taking the cals down, but i won't ever go under 1200 cals

1600kcals at this point pretty much means you've fucked your metabolism.
Up the calories slowly until you get to 2500, maybe by 100 a week. Then cut again but don't go below 2000 for christs sake, that's unnecessary to get down from 15%.

Exactly if you drop to quickily the body goes into a fasting state and holds on to fat for survial. Slowly dropping cals is the key.

I would def do cardio, dont be lazy. You can eat more calories, specifically carbs, if you diet with cardio. Obviously better for you health wise. You def look improved from your first photo but that could just be the angle. I know you said you were on gear which I disagree with at your age and stage of development. You still have a ton of improvements you could make natty and learn your body better at the same time. Also you could lean out allot more. You should get in shape a couple times and play with diet before you gear up. JMO

i have discipline believe me.. but i dont know how to diet perfectly thats the problem.
i read everything about training and nutrition for 10 years obsessively
in the end it seems it's all a buble of air
it's actually really simple
for dieting just get enough protein (150grams should do it, can do more if u want) and make sure you have a caloric deficit
practically this means you cut back on carbs and fats
that's it
repeat daily for several months untill ripped

Do this Daddyo. Keep and then post a three (3) day food diary. Record EVERYTHING you eat. I suspect your diet isn't what it could or should be. Don't worry about getting any shit here- just post an accurate food diary.

i dont think he is lean u hardly see the abs just because he has some veins on his arms doesnt mean he is lean other than that he doesnt have more muscle then me.. i have seen guys with %15-16 bf veins all over the arms and chest.. thats just genetics.. i dont want to offend you or chalo but thats how it is.. he may be 11% at best right now.. but i agree he would get shredded very fast.. i was overweight before i started to train if you never were overweight u dont know how hard it is to lose all the fat especially the belly.. u should be objective when u want to critcize someone..

Even more so.
This is not cheat day. This is binge day. Binge once a weak does NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING to metabolism. You could eat extra 300 calories this day from whatever source and it would be exactly same.
This is where I got lost last year while cutting. I had very low calories and hunger was unbearable but I kept that "cheat day" which was in fact "OMFG BUY EVERYTHING IN STORE AND STUFF MYSELF WITH FOOD". This is bullshit, it serves no purpose other than feeding bullimic urges you developed from severe malnutrition.
What it does in fact is it makes you fat. Your metabolic rate is prolly very fucking low so you're like 400 below your maintenance level or even closer to it. During that binge day you consume more than 4000kcal for sure if you do that pizza, ice cream bullshit. This extra calories will not turn into fucking glycogen, you don't have so much muscle mass and you're not on steroids. It will turn into fucking fat.
What you should do is:
- up the calories a little bit
- introduce a little bit of cardio
- if you wanna eat ice cream... go for it, but do that with moderation and DO NOT BINGE. small ice cream is like extra 300kcal, keep that in mind.
- you're fat so most likely you'll respond better to low carbs and higher fats than high carb
Or you could:
- read OTH thread and follow the fucking instructions
- inject 250mg of test weekly

Ok, you're on roids.
Read thread by Onetimehard and follow instructions. Lights out, case closed.
In short:
- Keep fats quite low but you can have them, like 60-100g/day
- Eat as much protein as you want.
- Eat as much green veggies as you want.
- Cut the carbs to zero.
After you loose like 5kg with this method you can have your first cheat day which in your case I suggest would be like 300gr of carbs from whatever source you want.
Next goal would be loosing 3kg and then another carb up day.
Then another 3kg.
Then maybe 2kg...
And so on.
