Looking solid, good work. You gonna drop bf at some point? You are lean anyway so wouldn't take much dieting. You would def impress at a couple %bf lower and no worries of losing muscle dieting on gear. I wouldn't say your chest is bad either, it takes a thick ass chest to project in pictures

as i stand relaxed in front of the mirror my chest looks more angular and some fullness so i think it improved
but it doesnt go from shit to decent overnight i guess
maybe i am using too much weight for pressing and too little "squeezing" tho
but i always do flies as well which is a good squeeze and pump

Yeah...heavy pressing movements have helped my delts and tris grow more than anything.

i try to get definitely a lot of protein but not really a strict diet
i feel like i used to eat a lot more and not gain weight now i gained that weight without even trying. (i used to have a more physical job tho now just sit on my ass)
for example
breakfast:
drink 4 whole eggs (in b4 cardiac arrest) (i dont care life sucks)
big bowl of cornflakes or sometimes pancakes
lunch
chicken and rice
after work
often chicken and rice again
dinner
often steak/tilapia with fries and mayonaise
when i feel like i ate too little during the day i eat a pizza

but i feel like i got a little carried away with numbers lol
when i come home from training chest it looks pumped tho

Yeah a pump will change the look dramatically.
Trying different things out myself with lagging body parts but it all seems pointless. Too stubborn to just give up on them though...

but i do train to the point i can only just barely finish my rep every set and keep it in fairly high rep range

my calves are actually growing went from 38.5cm to 40cm
miraculous actually since they never responded
if i can get them to 42cm it would be sweet to match my arms

i think it's fucked the whole thing, since yesterday my girl friend moved in
and she has a ton of shit that needs to be sorted out etc
and also need to start preparing for some useless exams from some form of education i am trying to do. the whole thing is fucked. i really need to win the lottory or rob a bank
maybe i can make money peddling peds
(i do have a job but the salary is only for survival not decent life)

I must have missed the point, why exactly are you taking steroids, how long have you been lifting? This is proof it takes more than a pill to be mr anything...train for a few years, gain size, if you are going to compete, be honest and make the jump after educating yourself.

i take a weight i can for like 15 reps the first set to failure
then do another 4 sets to failure
the last set is more like 8 reps

8 kg gain in 9 weeks, in 4 weeks when the little water retention you have goes, thats 4 kg, then your gains diminish 4 kg, so 9 weeks of doing nothing, then when your head starts playing games on you thats 4 kg smaller after losing the 8 kg, gained in what 9 weeks, man you need to check your protocol your following, why are you even juicing.
