Title: did you ever think of selling chocolate milk powder as protein powder?
Post by: anabolichalo on April 21, 2013, 12:38:27 PM: like you order a bunch of plastic containers, make a nice label and print it out a lot, make a nice "protein supplement" container and just load it up with the cheapest chocolate milk powder you can find

sell it to teenagers at the gym for a price that is irresistable to them for protein

A few yrs later, Muscletech comes out with Celltech, which combines Creatine with Dextrose...

Those 40 dollar cans of protein cost about 3 dollars to produce. The plastic tub it comes in is often worth more than the powder itself.

Muscletech spends more money on advertising per year than they do to manufacture their products. People are basically paying for the ads and sponsor dollars.
