I don't know who took the picture but it is from the 1999 Ms. Fitness Olympia contest.

That picture if of Ursula Bucknes-Henry (I am sure I've misspelled it) Who was a wonderful fitness athlete always pleasent helpful to all of the girls and one of the true "pioneers" of the sport, if I am not mistaken we have unfotunatly lost her a few years ago.

I also think it's from the Jan Tana and looks like the year they had that rock 'n roll theme. 

The contests are all a blur now, but Ursula was always one of the sweetest women in the industry.  She is certainly missed.
