Ed one of the best all time posers, however he never could get leg cuts genes at work.

I think that pose one arm up is pointing to Falcon lifting off in a space rocket from his back yard.

certain poses suit certain people better than others, i guess its all about finding what poses makes you look the best n avoiding the ones that dont seem to work for u. that pose that corneys doing is great for his type of body, i dont thing a guy like marcus ruhl would look as good doing that same pose

This is true if you just ate a bowl of ice cream a day and a snickers bar you would be ripped but not healthy.

to be honest i dont remember, im gonna go try to find them one of these days. i also have some arnold manuals from the 70's n each manual was dedicated to a bodypart,i really liked the chest manual alot. i have to dig those up also, he called himself (arnold strong) on them manuals. im wondering if they may be worth some money? i had francos manuals also from the late 70's, i remember getting a free blue franco t-shirt when i ordered those manuals, unfortunatly for me they dissapeared n i havent seen them around in over 15 yrs
