Just off the top of my head, I doubt that video was all inclusive of the event. I bet video will be released that has the encounter from start to finish.

That's exactly what it sounds like he's saying but I don't blame them for not buying it.
If they wrongly flashed my picture all over the news and claimed I did this, I wouldn't be grabbing my .40 and throwing bombs at the cops. In fact, I think most innocent people would just go in...maybe with a lawyer.

you're right and it might not be what they were even saying but I thought I would just add it into the pile incase it ends up matching something else.
