At the 5:10 mark.  And that was the short version.  He had a longer more elaborate/exaggerated version he did for a while too.

Side note.... Todd Morton???  As if people were not sick of Ricky by then.  What a clone/rip off.  Even though the YT description says Chris Michaels.
