definitly more drowsy
the cheese once a day has prevented any headaches from occuring something to note
but added some spinach and feeling better followed by peanutbutter crackers then doing pushups
i always have a veggie shake in the morning no matter wat with oranges in it kale , oranges, milk and protien very good

you need kale with oranges milk and one scoop of vanilla protien
you cant do kale by itself, it wont taste right u need something else, oranges really help it taste normal

Switch to green tea. Low caffeine content and very healthy. It cures all diseases.

no not usually
i never cook kale always raw in shakes
but i do enjoy cooked spinach with cheese
