hey hows it going,

 i just wanted to ask all of you if you have ever heard of ian king or read any of his books, i was interested in his get buffed book collection but i 3wanted to ask anyone if they have read any of his material.

Ian King has been around for quite a while, I believe he's a Ozzie. Pretty much like any other strength coach I've met or read, they all seem to have their own special slant on training but for the most part follow the general thread on low/high reps & weight, pattern of reps, 4.2.4 etc, speed/qiuckness work, etc. If you want to read some of his articles than to to T-nation.com. thanks a buntch, im really looking for a good book to gain good muscle/speed/flexabilty, i love to bodybuild and i am in karate as well, i wanted to find a book that would bring the best of both worlds size/mass speed and flexiblity. do you know of any good ones

also do you know of any good strength coaches in the top ranks with ian king.
