I listen to Billy Ray Smith on the radio daily.  I loved when Marino asked "who's Ken O'Brian"  But the NFL is tricky.  Would Marino have been the same without Shula?  Would Elway have won two SBs in Baltimore?  You never know.  The same as Montana and Brady, right place, right time, right system.  Do you think the Browns would have won 3 superbowls if they Drafted Brady in the 6th round? I know the Browns were Baltimore at that time but you get my drift.
Some say David Carr could have been great on a decent team but Houston had no protection and he just got destroyed too often.

49ers even asked the Colts they would Trade Montana for Elway straight up, but at the last minute decided not to trade him

The Bucs let Steve Young go, but would he have been successful in Tampa?  Probably not.

what # was Teo drafted?

Tebow coming in15 pounds lighter this year.  He sucked last year.  Can't run anymore.  Unless the D is playing prevent, he's powerless to move the ball.
