And WV has outlawed driving with them on...yet nobody has them except for pilot programs...And other states may outlaw them as well (when driving)

This reminds me of the infamous "optigrab".  It won't end well.  I see this somewhere in a class action lawsuit in the near future.  Optigrab was a disaster, and Google Glass is heading in the same direction.   :D
