I'm sure there were more than a few citizens who would've gone about their lives in spite of everything that was going on, because they realized that terror is as much about instilling fear as it is about murder.

I don't buy it...

"Cost of hijacked SUV: At least $47,270 " - was the thing brand new and left unusable after the hijack?

I'm thinking these numbers are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay inflated
