allright fellas, so i've decided to update this thing and continue on but this time with much better results, or at least i sure as hell hope so ;D
so, i'm ending Phase 2 on next tuesday and then i'll start the 3rd and final phase which will be to gain only lean muscle while staying ripped
my plan is to put on a good 5 kilo (11 pounds) of lean muscle tissue over the course of 3 or 4 months, so... LET'S DO THIS 8)

my lean gain cal plan will be to keep my daily cal level @ 2000-2200 i was eating roughly 1500-1700 cals for the last few weeks and it got me ripped, so i'll jump the cals slightly and see what happens

i've been playing around with the cals the past few days, and 2600-2700 seems to be just a bit too much, so i'll try and keep the daily cals @ around 2200-2400

as far as my training goes, i think that i'm gonna become a bit of a pussy here and lighten up on the compounds (coz they are a fucking pain in the ass, and VERY UNPLEASENT) ie. the squat, row, push-up and just really focus on curls, laterals and kickbacks to really bring up the delts and arms 8)

just had a very good delt workout as my lateral jumped up from 5 pounds with 3 added reps, so some new delt growth be coming my way soon 8)

honestly man, i get more of an urge to binge when i eat on drink sugary shit ie. coca-cola or sugary candy like gummie bears
and if i got real hungry i'd drink some strong black coffee with just a touch of sugar and i could even drink this at 1 am and then fall asleep before 3 am lol
so my biggest binge day was not even 3000 cals
not to sound like to much of an arrogant narcissistic prick, but... I AM VERY STRONG IN MY HEAD ;)

i'm scared that i won't continue to train hard once i reach my full potential
it's fun to make progress and see near daily positive changes to my physique but just holding and maintaining is kinda boring :-\
i guess that once i hit my full potential i can then focus on other things, like maybe getting a real career
i know that my girl kinda wants this from me and i don't blame her, coz if we are gonna truly be together then i should do my part in the relationship
but you know that i am "The Wild Horse" and i'm scared of getting trapped by a female, even if said female has a good soul and is worthy of trapping me ;D ;D ;D

i've only been doing wide stance deep squats, and they seem to be working pretty well for me
in fact, my girl can't keep her hands off my ass while i'm doing her in the missionary style :P

and i hear ya about growing lean while keeping that condition but i'm a gonna try and do it, so we will see how it works out 8)
and yep, i did ZERO cardio and i took ZERO fat burners
my next experiment will be to load up on creatine monohydrate for 2 weeks straight (starting tomorrow or on sunday) and i will load it @ 20 grams taking 5 grams 4 times per day
also, i'm gonna add more volume into my training and do 2 exercises per bodypart (except i'll only do rows for back and squats for legs) but i'll do 2 exercises for delts, pecs, bis, and tris

Never been too impressed with supplements, but Creatine works very well with just about everyone. From athlete's , lifters & BB'ers. Even advise it's use for older (55 and up) trainee's. Don't have to load it up any more, if using a quality blend. If you do, than go slowly at first with maybe a scoop the first day, working your way up from there. Some can get a bad reaction with stomach cramps and diarrhea...sometime headaches. If taking 4 scoops a day, try spacing them out. Might have a scoop before a workout (30 minutes or so) and another scoop right after a workout, mixed with whey protein. Bad news for some is that Creatine contains carbs. Suggest drinking more water than usual with Creatine use. Meat gives a natural source of Creatine.
Amino Acids can be outstanding. After all, all the protein people get is broken down into Amino Acids for use by the body cells. Can buy liquid, powder or cap forms of Amino Acid. Suggest the liquid form for easier assimilation into the muscle cells. Amino's (20 in the family chain...no muscle grow without them) feeds the muscle cell very well. Good Luck.

just took measurements and here they are
ARMS=39 cm (15 1/3 inches)
LO PEC (nipple level)=103 cm (40 1/2 inches)
HI PEC (right under arms)=113 cm (44 1/2 inches)
i'd like to have 17 inch arms but i'll probably have to settle for 16 inches
and i'd like 50 inch hi pecs, but i'll probably have to settle for 48 inches

Forgetting that German minds lost two major world war's, which were theirs to win. Underestimating the enemy and over estimating their own abilities, in both cases, became their greatest flaw. my hi chest has measured 46 1/2 inches before, so i think that a 48 inch hi chest is doable for me but i'm not so sure about 16 1/2 inch arms though...

Your wrist measurement would certainly suggest a small bone frame. Zane had a smaller frame also. I would still believe that a 16 1/2 arms could be within your potential, judging by your photo anyway. That once 46 1/2 chest measurement could be the first clue to any potential you may have. But you will have to attempted to gain more pure muscle mass. Not to be critical, but recent picture of you show almost a unhealthy body. One that most men may not want to copy. Good Luck
Side Bar: just to note, most men who claim a 17 1/2 or 18" plus arm are really in the 16 1/2 to 17" range. Tend to pump up before the measurement. Want a true are measurement. than take it the first thing in the morning (no pump). And with a narrow steel tape. Want a really, really true arm measurement...take it first thing in the morning, with the arm hanging down, along side of the body. A real ego buster for most men.

and thier machines had weight stacks that i could max out right now :-X :-X :-X

went ahead and joined the gym and did a chest and tri workout but i didn't play around on the bench
had a sleeveless shirt on and man i didn't fully realize just how fucking ripped and dry that i really am FUCK YEAH!!!

mate if you had Scottish Genetics then we are talking...about time you started hitting the muscles with more exercises. Take a leaf out Steve's Book...his workouts are solid and he is always in shape. You have the Genetics too and i think with some good workouts will see a big Change, you will never be as thick muscled as Steve(in my opinion, me neither) but you'll be Denser.

get some exercise variations in there and volume...then rest and eat good. This split is old but i like it because of the supersets and pump...no sweat if you miss your shoulder+arm day because they are covered in Back+chest day... ;)

True. First structure dj you don't have a wide hip structure so don't worry yes squats may increase hips a bit but in a good way. I just think you you are afraid of squatting because they are difficult.

if i max out the machine close-grip pulldowns then i guess that i'll have to go to weighted chins, which are also a real fucking bitch

But see the hardest exercises increase the most muscle mass, depends on your goals as to what you want.

Of course you could review some of the old Gironda training programs, there on the net, just have to do a search. His plan was to avoid a big butt and waist, at all cost. Even some of the training advice of Dave Draper (among others), hold great value. Because you are speaking pure BB'ing, and that classic look so many of that past era had. Speaking of 8X8's, 10X10's, Tri sets, etc. Moderate weight,done at a fast pace, but very affective.
Looking for that tear drop affect for the lower quads, and less influence on the butt, than suggest Hack BB squats or even machine hacks. I might be wrong but I don't think you have the mind set to do squats. If you did, suggest front squats for the quads. Regular squats do affect the hip structure, but if nature gave you smaller joints and narrow ass, even serious squatting wouldn't do much to increase the hip/butt size. Never the worry of taking up two seats on a plane ride.
Hope the new gym is geared towards BB'ing, rather than fitness or other stuff. Working around, and with other like minded BB'ers, can help your progress greatly. Can always learn new ideas about training, diet, etc from their personal experiences. If you allow your ego to adapt, that is. Good Luck.

not often i agree with jpm but he is correct front squats are great...just do not raise your heel. Do not Forget that on the leg press you can use a wide or narrow foot Position and higher or lower foot positions. In fact i could Train my whole legs with just leg press. I think however the squat is the best exercise for leg mass.. i can only say i have had great results with this exercise and big ass..no way. Gironda was a great Trainer but if you want a tight ass..squats,lunges,step ups....i have only had good comments about my glutes and i can thank Basic old fashioned squats for that. Sure you can piss around with cables and such for glutes but why do this? my advice stop being a pussy...SQUAT ;D

i was messing around on the barbell bench today, and i'm pathetically weak, but i'll get back some strength real quick as i adapt and adjust to the movement
as of now the only barbell lifts that i do are barbell curls and barbell bench, i fucking hate barbell rows and i think they are a pretty suckass exercise, but db rows are very good IMO
the only problem with the db rows is that the bells in my gym only go up to 110 pounds :-X so iguess that i'll have to end up doing these goddamn weighted chins >:( >:( >:(

Mate Barbell rows are king for a thick AND wide back. I do think Dumbbell rows are great too. you have your own style so go your own way....

just checked the ipf bench press rules regulations and here's what i've found and figured out, if i decide to compete in bp meets...
1. the weigh-in is 2 hours before the meet, so this making weight thing ain't gonna be practical here (when i did them years back you could do any early weigh-in the night before the meet) so i'll have to stay within 2 kilo of weight limit
2. i would compete either in the 74 kg class or the 83 kg class
3. you must keep your feet flat on the floor during the lift, i always stayed on my tip toes during the bench so i'll have to adjust to this flat feet thing :-X >:(
right now i'm @ 72 kg and still ripped to shreds so i can gain maybe 4 kg more if i wanna stay in the 74 kg class, but if i go to the 83 kg class then i can gain about 13 more kg

just checked the ipf bench press rules regulations and here's what i've found and figured out, if i decide to compete in bp meets...
1. the weigh-in is 2 hours before the meet, so this making weight thing ain't gonna be practical here (when i did them years back you could do any early weigh-in the night before the meet) so i'll have to stay within 2 kilo of weight limit
2. i would compete either in the 74 kg class or the 83 kg class
3. you must keep your feet flat on the floor during the lift, i always stayed on my tip toes during the bench so i'll have to adjust to this flat feet thing :-X >:(
right now i'm @ 72 kg and still ripped to shreds so i can gain maybe 4 kg more if i wanna stay in the 74 kg class, but if i go to the 83 kg class then i can gain about 13 more kg
also, if i stay @ 74 kg class then i won't train legs hard and heavy, coz i don't need that extra unusable weight :D :D :D

just looked up an un-equipped world championship last year in sweden, and now it's made me decide to stay in the 74 kg class and not go up to the 83 kg class lol
a respectable shirt-free bench in the 74 kg class is 120-125 kg, which is 265-275
but a respectable shirt-free bench in the 83 kg class is... 160-165 kg which is 350-360 FUCK!!!
so if i stay lighter i can be competitive putting up 275-300 but if i go up just 10 fucking pounds i better be pressing near 400 fucking pounds... FUCK THAT >:( >:( >:(

i played around on the barbell squats today and i worked up to a whopping 40 kg lol
but i do these squats with expert form and keep the bar high on my traps and squat all the way down to a bit past parallel
my plan is to basically keep my squat weight in line with my bench weight
at the moment my bench training weight is 80-90 kg
i'd rather stay in the 74 kg class but i guess that i'll just keep plugging away on training for strength and then let the bodyweight take care of itself

seems The Wild Horse is finally settling down a bit and is working himself into a rather consistent routine/split
i'm basically following a 3-way split of push/pull/legs except pull day is mainly just a bi day ;D
push day is the most involved since i'm prepping for doing some bp meets here in the fall
on push day i'll focus on bench technique and heavy floor presses and finish off with some pec-deck and pressdowns for a bit of bodybuilding work 8)
on pull day i'll do barbell curls and another bi exercise and then maybe do some light pulley rows, just to maintain back
on leg day i'll do barbell squats and leg press

down a rep,,,dude cmon,,,u put wayyy too much into this,,,your main goal is to carve a physique ..strenght comes with more muscle,stamina,rest,who cares if u lose a rep,if u look ripped amen,if u feel good halleluha,relax lifting is fun not to stress about..

The Wild Horse might want to slow down to a trot now and than. But glad your into some kind of targeted focus. Don't worry about losing a rep or two, were all on a biological cycle...some great days, some crap days. That includes mental and emotional days as well. A day away from training has also been know to help with steady progress.
Might find that spending a little more time with back/lat work will improve your bench. And for sure, squats and DL's will. Floor presses are great, as are 3 to 4 inch lockouts for benches. Going to find that ligament/tendon strength is going to have a big role in getting a better bench. Adding strength is a combo of ligament/tendon (joint) and muscle power. You really don't have to gain a lot of muscle weight to become extra strong. Some of the lighter class Pl'ers are super strong, without that much added muscle mass. Having 19" guns never means your the most powerful guy in the gym.

to jpm: what kinda rep scheme would you recommend on the floor presses?
i'm thinking either triples or maybe even go up to 5 reps MAX
i've been researching floor presses on youtube and on the net and some dudes just do singles on them, but i'm thinking to keep the singles only for the regular bench (basically to work on and practice my form)
to nj: remember dude, i'm very competitive so i take this shit kinda personal, but you're right, i need to relax now and then
and on a side note, do you think i'm at a bigger risk for injury with this bench training if i'm very lean?
i'm a little bit fatter now, but still under 7%, but of course this is pissing me off as well, so i've decided to watch my cals a bit more and not be so careless with eating everything in sight

Either case your influencing the tendons/ligaments, as well as muscle strength. May also suggest never go to the point of failure on any set.
If doing any of the above, with serious intent, than the lats/upper back, should feel quite worked and sore . Which may highlight the need for working the back hard to improve the bench. Most all top line bencher's do. Good Luck.

btw, i've gotten weaker 3 days in a row now, so this tells me that i gotta back off a bit
you see i train every goddamn day as i have complusive/addictive issues and everyday that i train i train HARD
so what i need to do is insert some "light days" so i'll try something like this...
Day 1: Heavy Bench and push work (chest, delt, tri)
Day 2: Heavy back, bi and legs
Day 3: light bench doing 3 or 4 sets of 3 with 60% training weight working on and perfecting my bench form and technique
Day 4: light squat doing 3 or 4 sets of 3 with 60% training weight working on and perfecting my squat form and technique
with this schedule i'll be training hard and heavy 3-4 days per week, instead of 7 fucking days per week, so this should put me back on the path to regular and consistent progress 8)

i know that the powerlifters from the 70s used to bench 3 fucking times a week, and even in the 80s they still benched twice a week

if i stopped training so damn hard i'd get fat real quick, but this hard training allows me to eat lots while putting the majority of them cals to making bigger muscles ;)

the bells at my gym only go up to 50 kg, which is 110 pounds but i'm pretty sure that i can't fly those just yet ;)
and on a side note, i'm not doing much back work either, so maybe i'm just cut out to be a pretty boy "physique artist" (in the wheelchair division lol)

my goal is to max dat shit out and get 5 or 6 reps til failure with the max dbs at my gym, which are 50 kilo ones 8)

and on the hacks i moved the feet a bit closer together and i take the reps a bit lower and now i can only use 85 kilo and the whole stack is 195 kg
but when i did them with my feet wider and not going as low as i go now i was using 165 kg so it fucking sucks to be using such a pussyass weight now >:( >:( >:( >:(

honestly it's to face my fear, i've wanted to get as lean as i was before to see how much lean dry tissue i've put on, as that rippedness was almost two and a half years ago
so if i haven't put on at least five lean pounds of lean dry muscle tissue then maybe i should just go on HTR and maintain what i have, rather than spend the cash on gear since it will show i really didn't get much out of it
also, i've got "female pressure" from female friends and my own mother, my mother is a open minded female but she ain't too keen on my usage, and yeah homos like me have just a few female friends ;D
yeah i know i should be alpha and not let females influence me so much, but i'm a honest dude so it does effect and speak to me somehow
and i also love being ripped coz it's my best genetic blessing i think, so why not take advantage of it

added in t3 at 75 mcg three days ago and i've lost three more pounds over those three days and now i'm almost at the same level of conditioning
got another 3 to 5 pounds to go
once i hit this level then i plan to maintain it while slowly adding ONLY LEAN MUSCLE TISSUE, no water and no fat 8)
basically i'll have to be very careful not to over eat and only have one cheat meal per day instead of four lol i eat four meals per day

I find it hard to eat enough in 5 meals sometimes if I'm not over 500 grams of protein and 4k cals I'm not gonna gain shit. And I consider my metabolism to be slow. Once u r lean and u try to gain u should b eating a good amount of foods the body puts it to better use when u r lean and always broken down from intense training calories go to repair u.

Ever use a food blender in place of one of your meals. Should not be so filling with a good quality protein supplement, including eggs or egg powder. Can use a water base, juice or whatever. In any event, sip any protein based drink slowly. Any health drink for that matter.
If wanting to add more calories that use flaxseed oil, pure olive oil, wheat germ oil or safflower oil in the blender. They all have around 500 quality calories in a table spoon. Can learn to pack a lot of nourishment in an 8oz glass. And will be easier to digest liquid than most solid foods. Can also tend to keep the waist size in control, without bloating.
Don't really need 500 grams of protein, most of that will be pissed away. But I'll let you be the judge of what your needs are. 200/250 should be what most trainers require. 4,000 calories should be just about right, depending on body type, age and activity.

Yeah, that dude claims 6 ft and 170-175 lbs and has 18+ inch arms and decent legs. So, 170 is a good enough size for a small framed natty 5'11"-6'0", if truly shredded and taking a nice dose of trenbolona :D
If I was dj I would take some tren around 700 mg a week some test or anadrola close to a gram and some masteron, do that for a while and get up to like 200-210, THEN get ripped. You will stay pretty lean anyways with that stack ;)

dj he has great full arms ,,weighs 170 with no torso thickness tho,,from the side chest and back is shallow,he' has lean arms but chest is smooth no veins like his arms..i have said you would look pretty dan thick at 190 to 200 lbs blown up eating and on the stack mentioned by other guys here,,you will still be pretty hard but water filled look and big in clothes...take a few months chill and train heavy but smart..post more pics now then blow up show that look do it....

Just get FVCKING MASSIVE on 1g + of gear and eat... do it for a few months and then you can stay ripped all your life with good size 8) you won't be above 10-12% anyways even at 200 + lbs with those dosages. Keep the masteron all the time and you will avoid too much bloat.

i'd say that it's closer to 6 than 8, but that's ok coz i'll just use this as a reference point
i started up on clen today and i poped 80 mcg of it and it has me wired as fuck and cramping up and shit so i'll lower it down to 40 mcg to get used to it
the recommended dose of it is 20 to 160 mcg per day

all's i do for direct delt work is strict laterals, no presses of any kind and no upright rows, my delt workout is a few sets of strict laterals and that's it lol
i train for shape, separation, detail, and proportions, and yep my quads have improved pretty well 8)

U should really do the old classic test deca/npp and eat alot.of quality food there are people who have used that to go into a show its all about diet u wast masterone at 300mgs week and trying to get bigger it's uneccessary imo. Both Test deca or npp is cheap compared to primo. Also 6-8 weeks ide go 16-20 weeks for better results.

that's a twelve pound gain, i'm a buck 77
i'd say it's mostly water gain as my ab skinfold is only up one mm
i'll get up to a buck 85 or so then add in the ACE 8)
tren ACE recomps me VERY WELL, so once i start it my weight will stay the same while my fat and water drops, so i'll basically add lean dry tissue while dropping fat and bloat 8)
when i ran ACE before i ran it without test, big mistake, or with low test, this time round i'll run it with a good test dose

10 not 20, i'm my last ripped pics i was 165 and if i did a carb load/water drop i would have looked close to his condition
you probably don't know this, but if you do some water/carb manipulation it makes a HUGE DIFF in how lean you "look" even though you aren't leaner and you will weigh roughly the same, as the water under the skin will go inside the muscle, so you'll weigh the same and you have the same bodyfat level, but you'll "look leaner" if you do it right ;)

i'd say this level of leanness/dryness (see inserted pic) is maintainable year round
i'm working on recomping at that moment ie. staying the same bodyweight but getting leaner and drier along the way and it's working pretty well :)
i'll most likely post update pics by the end of feb, but i'll probably post up a wheel pic here in a week or two, i just gotta shave my fucking legs :D
p.s. i'm gonna do the recomp on test only, i was always leery of test coz of my paranoia about being relatively dry and not bloated, but it really does seem that test is all you really need, that is if you're a PHYSIQUE ARTIST like me 8) but, if ya wanna be a bigass mass monster then you'll need to throw in the gh/slin combo but that's not my gig
currently my weigh is staying round 175 and my trainer said that i am leaner and drier now and my muscle hardness and separation has improved rather nicely, so it is going as planed 8)
p.p.s. weds is leg day and i warned my trainer that i may call in sick on this day, and she said that if i do she'll kick my ass, and yes my trainer is female and she does fight in tournaments, so i best be careful around her LOL
i also told her about your dudes comments on my upper body and it's proportions, and particularly what you said about adding a bit more size to the long head of my triceps, so she's been focusing on that with me, as well as adding overall size/thickness to the bis
she says my best parts are my delts and pecs, delts first pecs second, so i'm curious... do you agree bro? (my pecs have sized up moreso recently and i attribute it the db flyes and presses we've recently been doing, as we switched our focus on over to them rather than bb bench just about 3 weeks ago, and you'll see these bigger/thicker pecs in my next update pic 8))
and yep, she wants me to add some size to my wheels but as you know that's a bitch for me as i ain't as driven training my wheels as i am training arms pecs and delts (although i don't really train delts so much since even i know they are my best part)

just added in drol @ 100 mg ed and dropped the sust down to 350 mg per week (ie. one amp every 5 days) before i was running one amp eod which is 875 mg per week
right before i added on the drol i got down to my near previous level of conditioning that i had on tren (and i know for sure i would have achieved that level of condition within another 2 or 3 weeks) so this clearly shows me that....... DIET=CONDITION
fuck "hardeners" i don't really need them as conditioning comes rather "easily" for me, what i need are "thickeners" like test/drol/deca
it seems that for some guys like me conditioning comes easier, but for other thickness/fullness comes easier, so in this case, these guys that thicken/full up should rely more on hardeners and "condition" guys like me need to rely more on the "thickeners" ie. test/drol/deca
that's my theory at least

Now u see it!!! Play with your diet until u can gain the mass but tighten it back up it quickly the bloated and glycogen storage is minor as long as fat gain is minimum. Mass drugs make size test deca but keep body fat in check. Keep us posted on how the drol does you with lower test that's my style for cutting up and honestly a little npp split 3x week with your test dosage and the drol sounds awesome. 3 drugs at once is always a better look

agreed, but i'm not into the mass game, my goal is 170-175 @ a dry 5% and i doubt i can achieve that natural
but i can probably do it on low dose, say 250-350 test and an oral cycled in and out

so maybe i need to add in close grips and/or dips?
my pecs are improved as well, so next pic i'll try and include them in the shot, i'll also add in a back double bi as well
for bis i've been doing 3 grip (wide, close, normal) curls with a straight bar standing and also with an ez bar on the preacher curl bench
i was doing hammers alot, but i cut back on them and focused more on the 3 way curls
p.s. i'm more ripped that that pic indicates (shit blared lighting on a shit camera phone >:() maybe i'll take an in the gym action shot of me curling then you will clearly see my excellent conditioning with great detail and separation 8) ;D
and i'm happy to report i hit this level of conditioning without t3 and/or clen, also i'm only running test, and it appears that i don't need these hardeners like tren ace, mast, winny etc so that's cool 8)
in fact, it seems like i should have just stuck with test injects all along, oh well, live and learn

i've decided to re-focus on some strength training/strength building so that should add some dry lean muscle tissue on to me ;)
i've been running sust only but i've gotta make a new order next week and i'm thinking about adding in deca, but maybe i can just stay with sust only and focus on the strength building to add some more lean dry tissue?
i'm 76.5 kg now, and if i went to 90 kg i could clean house as a light-heavy bro, yeah i'm a bit of an egotistical douche but i have the genetics to back it up 8)
