from what i understand it's euphoric as fuck. people do it all the time, like red bull and alcohol. not super great for the heart though.

the coke got him hyped up for the lift, while the H was insurance just in case he ripped or tore something during the lift

dayum, that's crazy. i'm amazed the dude didn't die, doing anything that puts a strain on the heart while on stims is a bad idea.
the closest i ever came was weed, adderall and benzos but i'm sure that doesn't even come close to speedballing

Personaly i like a high better then a low...but mixed together they compiment eachother very well...
