Real cool cat. Took the time to speak to me and let me know whats going with him. I told him if the knew of getbig and he said yes. I told him i wanna gonna lost his pic and let my fellow getbiggers whats going on. Gary wanted all you getbiggers to know that he was goinv to do the Masters...and he plans to do damage!!!

He looks like hes downsized a bit since the photos from last year in Thailand, maybe hes learnt from the Nasser episode of staying big when you dont have to, would honestly love to know what guys run in retirement HRT or no HRT, how and if they bodies ever recovered from an endocrinologist point of view, would be hard to assess when you factor in aging, but as someone who took gear many years ago and has done some HRT from time to time as Ive got older, would be interesting to see how they look and hold on HRT remembering real HRT is around 250mg a fortnight or three weeks, Not the getbig gram a week.

I have brought him here a few times and eaten with over the years on occasion. Gary would be one of the most driven and inspiring people I have ever met. Has lived life on his own terms. I think getbig approved.

downsized my ass......i just saw gary in venice 4 days ago.......still looking big and lean.......you cannot tell from pics.

Any older pro who keeps this kind of size is on @least 400-500 mg of some sort of test along with probably some GH. Gary looks awesome here - you ever see pics from b4 he went all in w/BB. Probably 16 inch arms. When you go off everything and your hormone level reverts back to your natural level homeostasis takes over and you body reverts also usually within 12-16 months back to what it was pre-hormome.
I'm not slamn Gary here the brother looks awesome - more power to him if be can afford to stay on GH for the rest of his life and not suffer any sidies like your internal organs growing or other life threatening sides.

Great shape for his age thats for sure, I would really question it after seeing what happened to Nasser in saying that Strydom looks a lot healthier, But Nasser looked pretty healthy till the last 12 to 18 months then he just shrank and past, sad, live how you want I guess, but he was to young to die. Just wonder if these guys keep getting their hearts checked every year to see if the use is hurting them, theres a strong argument out there that steroid use prematurely ages the heart and studies have shown higher levels of heart disease with CT scans indicating calcium deposits in more users than non users at similar ages.

More like 3 grams of gear a week and 3months completely clean to be back to 16 inch arms. Vic was not locked up for over a year and he got back down to "normal" real quick.
