Quite a few if working deads hard. I always worked up to 315 doing rows on the prior sets. Most of my good work sets were between 400-500. I'd guess 30 or so at my peak.

Most I've done with 315 is 15 reps, don't have a video of it though.... But here is me doing 315X9 and 405X5

My grip would give out at 10-15 reps. My lungs at 20-25. Back and hams at 30ish?

not sure when i'll be able to use my legs again because of a badly fucked up knee, so not getting close to that number anytime soon tho :'(

I did 365 x 18 in 1 minute for a contest once. No clue about 315.

315? 1 FULL rep (with two spotters lifting it too). Broke my back doing it too. It did look cool though.

Probably around 8-10 at a push. Normally stick with sets of 5. Deads are a weak point since surgery. Even after over a year still niggles in the area during deadd :-\
