I know I'm going to get blasted for this. No, I couldn't win a Mr. No Where contest. I will also say I'm not very strong. It's just so many times I see a pro train they are using relatively light weights doing partials. A lift off for 4 plates on that hammer strength?  When I used that machine 4 years ago I used 6 plates for sets and I went all the way down and up. Even got a couple reps with 8 plates (4-45lbs on each side).  I weigh about 180lbs. That looks like 70lbs dumbbells for partial floor presses?

I know past pros like Dickerson used light weights but they trained fast with very little rest in between sets. No one can use heavy weights training like that but these videos it doesn't appear they are racing the clock so to speak.
