I weighed myself at 168 early yesterday, went to weight myself this morning and saw 161! I've been eating MORE than usual, trying to bulk. yesterday I ate:
2 packets quaker oats
50g protein shake w/ some peanut butter
two chicken breasts (about 55g protein) / 70g carbs of pasta
dinner was a big mac, an angus bacon and cheese, large fry
and a few reeses peanut butter cups throughout the day
drank about 6 bottles of water (was working outside for a bit)
still lost 6 pounds. what the fuck man? soul-crushing doesnt even describe it . I should also add that I haven't pooped once in the last two days. i've been eating 3000~ cals a day for the last year, and have gained NO weight from this day last year.

haha, is that your bulking diet?
its sooo fucking shit, why not throw out every single rule and just eat everything in sight, all junk food.
i promise you you will gain loads of weight quickly.need a recipe?ill collect one for you.

heres something news for you, building muscle takes time, long time with good diet, what you do is doomed to fail.
what you lost is water weight.
it doesnt matter,anyone who eats like that will forevr look like shit.it dont fucking matter what you lost or gained.
it's what I ate yesterday.. not a general representation of my diet. I seldom eat any sweets or candies. or fast food. my main goal is 3000 calories and at least ~160g protein

I used to train at the local YMCA several years ago. There was guy there who was early 40's and in good shape. He was very friendly and we always chatted a bit when ran into each other at the gym. He started slowly losing muscle mass, and was finding it more and more difficult to build muscle at the gym. Figured it was just part of getting older. He mentioned it to his family doc. Doc ran tests and he found out he had ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). He lived for just a little over 4 years after his initial diagnosis.

That diet will get you ripped. Not too many calories at all.

when i use to diet for contest some nights i would lose 15lbs..... average was 8-11lbs. it was annoying waking up and pissing that much every night
