There are a few threads on challenges on tests of strength, I am posting my training poundages and reps
Chest
DB press 35 kilo max 12-20 reps
pec dec 150lb 12-20 reps
Cables flys 80lb 12-20 reps
Back
pulldowns wide grip 120 kilo max 12-15 reps
machine pulldowns 120kilo 12-15 reps
close grip pulldowns 100k 12-15 reps
Legs
10 minutes high intensity bike until my legs fail
120 kilo leg press 20-30 reps
leg curl 100lb 20-30 reps
still leg deadlift back stretches 10 kilo plate 2 sets 20 reps
Arms
15 kilo DB max for curls 15 reps
1 arm cable curls 50lb 12-15 reps
Rope triceps extension 170 lb max 15 reps
Calfs 3 sets standing 250lb max
Seated 3 sets 35 kilo max
Pretty weak?

crazy, this could never happen to me from just biking
i've always sucked at biking though, seems like i'm just not able to get my legs "into it"

I vary the db bench and occasionally do a slight incline, any higher and its all shoulders for me, hardly any tension on the chest at all.
I do keep constant tension on the muscles at all times during every exercise.
From the moment I pick the weight up to putting it down the muscle is tense.

Looking VERY, very good, especially at 48. Damn, Jeff.
I think you'd benefit from splitting things up and upping the weights a bit, though, even if you maintain a low volume routine. If I had my druthers, I'd train probably 4-5x a week and divide evenly among pecs, delts, back, arms and legs. Each workout would be incredibly brief, but I reckon I could hit each muscle group "fresh" and like a madman on 1,000 mg of Viagra and high on PCP whilst chasing down Jessica Alba, Natalie Portman, Julianna Margulies, Abbie Cornish, Nikki Cox or [insert some of your favorite hotties here, at least in their prime (yes, I know Nikki fucked her face up; I'm thinking of her circa 10 years ago)].
