Injected sub-q like any other peptide, hits bloodstream, crosses blood brain barrier, to stimulate the anterior pituitary to pulse out a good dose of GH. It is cheaper than traditional GH, but less powerful. However, there are benefits to this method vs simply pinning exogenous GH. Most users use several doses each day to illicit a response similar to taking a few IU of growth (that's what they say at least). I can tell you from personal experience it's the real deal, no matter what any haters will say. 3 pulses a day, or about 100mcg each pinned 3x daily will run you about $20 a week.

It's also "legal", which was the big appeal to me. I know I'm actually getting research peptides from a legitimate place with a good rep, and never have any fear of seizures or all that nonsense. It's legal under "research use", but they market towards Bodybuilders. I have 100x more faith in this than rolling the dice on buying a few kits of GH online....that stuff scares me with how counterfeited it is.

ok, so say i have 1, 2mg bottle of semorlin how do i reconstitute it, and how long should it last? just curious.

Reconstitute with 2ccs/2Ml's of bacterioststatic water. (Keel the bac water in the fridge prior so it helps preserve the integrity of the peps, vs mixing with warm bac water.) can't remember dose for sermorelin but I think the standard is 100mcg per shot, so the first 10 on your Slin pin. But, for any first time use, I always do 10mcg test run. Ghrp2 or 6 make me hypo as f***!! I hate the grehlin release. It will take 4000 calories to get me back to normal. This is why I always test run a new batch.
Just using that at 3 pins a day, would give you 20 doses, so will last you one week. Or just use 1 dose pre workout only if you wanna stretch it out. Remember, take 45 mins after your last meal. Can NOT have any insulin present in your system.

ipam is piss weak so you need to shoot 500mcg 3 x daily + cjc of it at a time to elicit an appreciable gh response. At which point it becomes as expensive as Chinese crap. The benefit of ipam over ghrp6/2 is that it seems to last a lot longer, those other 2 are metabolized very very quickly compared to a subq hgh shot
that much ipam will release about 4-5 ng/ml of hgh in the blood which is the same as about 2iu of real hgh, but the ipam will be metabolized much quicker
in real terms I ran it for a while and had zero IGF1 boost from any GHRP, but I have genetically messed up IGF1 processing

Thanks for the reply. That's what my research concluded also, around 2ius equivalent.
But if you dose more, like 5-7x/day, you can upto 4-5iu's.
Although all that is moot if igf-1 is not elevated, since that's the main benefit of GH administration.
I remember trying the cjc - ghrp 2 combo when peps first came out, i did feel a little numbness in the hands here n there, aside from that, i wouldn't try it again.
I think it's a good anti-again protocol, but for serious fatloss and muscle growth, i say high dose GH is the way to go.

Great post! Yeah they can bloat you. But as a result, I get the most wicked pumps literally EVERY single workout when I blast a dose pre workout. As long as I'm lean I'm ok with the water though. I respond really well to em, but I still realize its minuscule to the effects of some High dose GH I'd assume.

There's about 100 different US based research chem sites. I get my peps there, the same place I get my liquid ARomatase inhibitors. I've used 3-4 diff sites that all had good reps and found the quality to be top notch for each.
My main purpose for beginning these wasn't even for vain, bodybuilding purposes per se, but to help aid with a nagging joint injury that has really interfered with my training. Peps seem to help quite a bit.
Trust me, it's not sugar water bro :D

Its helps if you have test in your system. More test = more IUs produced ( I think). A while back someone posted bloods on pm about results of using cjc-1295 no dac and ipa or maybe it was ghrp6 instead of ipa. 500-600mcg doses, 5iu gh natty.

I wasn't all that impressed with the peps.
was running 4mg/wk cjc with DAC pinned 1x/wk with ghrp2 100mcg 2-4x/day... was pinning 300mcg each dose until I saw research saying no benefit going over 100mcg/dose.
was running 100mcg igf1r3 at the time as well
I've noticed very little 'loss' since stopping the cjc/ghrp ... meaning I don't think I benefited from it much. I did drop a couple lb's of water.
believe I get/got more out of the igf1r3
know FOR SURE I get more out of 100mcg/muscle of igf1 DES pre training.
.... was also running test, drol and a lil tren.
did most my shots IM... will only use cjc w/ dac... can't stand the flush from the CJC and don't wanna do it everyday.... hence me using WITH DAC.

Hmm...this is interesting...I always thought the best method was SubQ, I've heard IM can radically denature the peps prematurely. Afterall, the whole point is to get the peptide to cross your BBB ans stimulate your pituitary. I've just always heard IM is a big no no with these peps. What do u think EH?

far as I know it makes no difference.
I've seen the bloodwork from the same guy doing IM and Sub Q just days apart using the same dose and saw no difference.

if it was cheap, i'd consider running 5-6mg cjc/wk plus ghrp2... but the ghrp doses were fucking annoying. it's not like insulin where you'd do a shot for a reason (to eat.. wait for hypo-hunger). it's enough of a pain in the ass doing AAS injects (getting the stuff out, changing out the 23 for an 18, drawing, putting the 23 back on, picking the spots, shooting or having the gf shoot, cleaning up blood, putting the shit back away, ect...) the whole process is a pain in the ass... plus keeping the ghrp in a cooler at the gym, ect.... fuck all that. lol

heres a tip. pre load your shit. get those freezable/ heat packs. they are like 2$. put one in a ziplock sandwich bag with your pre loads. keeps it cool when your at the gym, fits easily in the pocket of a gym bag, no hassle no worries.
