Brutal bro-science here. You can't train a specific area of a muscle. In case of the chest, you have the pectoralis minor & major, so when it comes to function/contraction/stimulation, there is no inner or outer part.

His chest hasn't improved, and it's not a touch behind. It's a glaring weakness. at this point in his career, if he doesn't have a good chest, it will never be good. He obviously trains it, genetically it just sucks. he's a little narrow also, not Phil Heath narrow, that's a class by itself.

I respect your opinion on bodybuilding, but I disagree. His chest has improved. It's still behind though but it has gotten better. Look at his early shows.

He gets bigger as does his chest but the ratio of his chest getting bigger to body getting bigger is still the same. Therefore, not really an improvement.

I don't get guys like Evan he gets to his limits as far as training, juicing and dieting (eating like ten times a day).... Everything is HUGE, yet he sees there's no chest when looks at the mirror everyday same goes for Wolf the guy is juiced way beyond health boundaries ..yet his calves said enough long ago.... is it worth that MAJOR $$$$ expense/sacrifice for a 5th or 6th place at pro contest? is the money that worthy at that rank ??

i always agree with you in everything, you are usually spot on but I have to go with Wiggs on this one, the best his chest looked imo is the New York pro when he beat Dennis James ions ago and since then his arms and shoulders have gotton bigger and it does not look right anymore.

Year Wiggs was right, I was evaluating it in too much of a linear view. His chest has grown over the years, but still slower than everything else so his proportions are off. You and Wiggs are right about his overall physique.

i kind of like the no-chest look. it makes your delts and arms look fucking HYOOGE. yeah it doesn't win shows but just out and about, you look like a freak.
i liked the yoked-out Columbu upper chest look the best, imo. you just don't see that anymore nowadays. all the way unique and original bber.

I myself am afflicted with this Evan Centopani Syndrome. Arms are a lean 18.5" pumped, full round delts, but chest ONLY looks good when it is fully pumped. I feel Evan's pain :-[

Yes, I've see him many times off season and he's fucking huge. But a guy at his height and weight should be a little wider. To me he's a little narrow in contest condition.

He brings the categories out and positions them properly on the front lines and brings them to the back of the stage in groups and brings the call-outs out to the front lines and when that category is done right on to the next category non-stop all day and all night.
plus I have to set up the stage and trophies and get the trophy girls prepped, wouldn't even have a second to spare to address a single bodybuilder, let alone oil them up, wow have you even been to a show recently?
