So this is basically a remake of pitch black, only with better special effects. Probably done on the cheap.

I'm curious to see how they will fill the hole left by the previous film... where Riddick ended up becoming emperor of a universe-spanning race of necro-whatevas.

Won't even download- got better things to do with an hour and a half.

Pitch Black was great. THEN they changed Riddick from a Bad Ass into a fucking Superhero in Chronicles. Which sucked. This movie will probably be better than Chronicles but Not as good as Pitch.

I'll wait till it gets to the P.B and save my $$.  ;D

I liked it too, but I remember thinking at the time 'this is gonna over a lot of people's heads.'
