Title: Punching and Lifting
Post by: Mr Nobody on May 17, 2013, 04:29:43 AM
Punching the heavy bag is great exercise, mainly front shoulders and triceps some lat involvement. Marty Forkwater approved. Then just lift heavy weights. Falcon beating the piss out of that bag.

Yes, Falcon follows unconventional styles but it has worked for him over the years.

oranges worked the other day but not yesterday so i added beer yes then i got some activity but then super tired, didnt really feel like a 'win'

it was only 3 beers relatively fast, after the third i felt good enough for some exercise from being fatigued and hot at work then ate beans and rice after the beers and exercise

Oranges and beer I'm not sure of that combination Falcon.

Fruit and beer should remain separate in my opinion.

From a kinesiology viewpoint you really punch with your whole body. It's a misnomer to suggest that it's triceps, front delt and pecs. It's a complicated blend of your whole body from a human kinetic explanation.

When a boxer is talking about an arm puncher he is talking about a person usually a beginner   that doesn't put his body into a punch therefore throwing weak arm punches. Just go into a bodybuilding gym that has an odd heavy bag hanging. The majority of the guys punch the bag like a girl throwing "arm punches."

Does that video supposed to be a comedy thing? That is some seriously bad striking going on.

Cantaloupe may work a slower burning carb source. Sounds as if you are using more carbs with the mowing hence fatigue maybe more fats are in order as well.

I just find that if I am tired and I have one glass of wine or alcohol then I get sleepy.

Not only does the Falcon invent his own Style and Training-Regimen, he also made his own Workout-music.

You can see that he has quite the power in his left hand!

Not someone to mess with for sure!

Alcohol seems to function as a 'stimulant', good mood -> better mood, but also from tired -> sleepy.
