it's a fact, the gross is confused with the net here. Nothing partisan about it. Romney care costs the state nothing when enacted, obamacare may. Regardless the health care system you have is shit and needs change.
Is obamacare the answer? I would say wait and see however, I can see how the fundamental idea would benefit the recipients.
