they have a full db rack in the first room and another full rack in the third room.
you shouldn't have to complain about much......many options at that gym. best gym i have ever trained in.

you shouldn't have to complain about much......many options at that gym. best gym i have ever trained in.
btw I totally agree. Best gym ever. Trained there since the 80s so I've seen it over the years too.
All I was bitching about was, and u even mention it, it does have awesome equipment, and id like to use it or at least work in. the jungle gyms which yeah I know its cable work but cable work has its place too. Well they have like four of the five stations all set up and there's one trainer and three or four women at a time and the station will go unused for a good five minutes each in between their rotations. U go to take a handle of a cable and its, oh hey we're still working there. I myself wouldn't have the balls to "claim" five fn machines for twenty minutes at a time. If u train at Venice u have to know what I talking bout. Usually I don't bitch but I had a meeting to get to and had to workout fast today and I must have hit personal trainer soccer mom hour cuz they were everywhere.

Between 3-5 in the afternoon is a good time to be there, or after 8pm. Never have issues getting on equipment. The yard is almost always empty as well.

the why wouldn't I just work out in my own yard? Kinda defeats the purpose of joining the gym. A minor issue that usually never bothers me but I was in a bitchy mood yest. I still say that's a my gym etiquette to tie up those machines and they do it all the time w the power racks too

It's the gyms fault. They should pit a limit on how many people a trainer can have at once. Inthat scenario, 2-3. Max at a time.

no... the outside part of golds gym.. has plenty equipment under the tarp thing and its fine...basically...if you cant find an alternate movement...you need your own gym...

The trainer is probably a contractor. He won't want problems with management. He'll HAVE to agree that his troupe doesn't own the gym.

But listen, I love people. I love golds diversity as well. I'm just saying its wrong and I wouldn't have the balls to "claim" equipment like that while others r working out too.

Tell me its never happened to u or u never noticed it. N normally I do quickly search out an alternative but I was in a bitchy mood yest. No big deal. But it's still not right.

Probly was Carl list or gymnast Dave, there's a couple other trainers at golds who do this, Carl list and Dave are cool and everyone likes them so I never minded when they would do this

Since I'm banned for life from Venice golds, yeah I miss training there and seeing everyone I use to talk to and know but it's shit like this that can deter a good workout, these days golds Venice is just a gym for suckers, all gyms are shit, metroflex is good over in long beach but equipment isn't diverse like golds, lately my philosophy on the gym is go to 4 different ones a week then you don't run into every issue know to gym rats, the equipment at golds is diverse and plenty but the nonsense that goes on and all the extra shit can go to hell, a real iron pumper isn't gona last long at golds Venice bc they won't be able to tolerate all the bullcrap like private trainers and their clients and house gym trainers and golds clients its a shithole now.......I'm still legend at golds Venice and muscle beach weight pit, not a day I can't go and all the old iron pumpers gona show cswol love, and at Venice golds

because some trainer, his name is chad about 5 ft 7, 165, harrassed me talking shit for 5 years, i always ignored him because hes like many getbiggers, a fucking pussy ass homosexual, so i didnt train at the gym for a year and a half due to letting my body cleanse itself, and went back to start training again, in 47 days of 45 days working out, constant, after the 47 days i was in shape to take a little stuff i had left over, in one week i blew up to nearly 270 after that the guy started talking shit again, so eric dilauro jay cutlers training partner use to hear him talking shit, so we both confronted him, and he started cussing and mouthing until i told him i will kick his ass he ran off to front room, i followed him and the manager matteo came and said chris you cant do that and i said fuck you, you cant do shit about it, charles glass and ric valente told the manager to leave me alone, along with a client/trainer of the guy harrassing me for 5 years, he even told the manager what the guy does been talking shit for 5 years, so then i proceeded to let the whole gym, know, everyone shooting nubain and cocaine and steroids in the bathrooms, everyone fucking each other in the ass upstairs, all trainers and clients who waste gym space doing nothing, to the employees selling weed and smoking weed in the bathroom and covering it up with spray, everyone doing gay for pay in the gym in posing room..................EV ERYONE OF YOU MUTHAFUCKERS ARE SOME BITCH ASSES AND PEOPLE IN HERE SERIOUSLY WORKING OUT, WHILE ALL OF YOU DO YOUR BULLSHIT, CAN GO TO HELL, BECAUSE YOUR SOME FAKE homo ASS BITCHES................a nd the next day my picture was up in the gym, saying i cant come there, which was a act that could of brought a lawsuit against them..........fuck golds venice corpoarate employees in texas, and the ones who work there, including manager josh, ex manager matteo, and all the dick riding condoning guys at golds venice..................

i had many run ins with private trainers, and the shit they do, told the old man perry hes a homo ass bitch, and he cant do shit about it, except run and tell matteo, all the years arnold and franco and all the bodybuilders kicked him off equipment in the old golds, he was still getting punked by real iron pumpers, and all he can do is run and get the manager, yeah perry your a old sucker ass bitch, just like when arnold was punking you, along with many other run ins over 8 years, you know most trainers in there think they can walk and run in to who they want, do what the fuck they want, take up 20 machines at once, and all the shit that goes on, which was the reason for this thread, you know im banned from the gym, but not one of those pussy muthfuckers in golds venice can say or do shit to me, except hold their asses because its too sore from getting pounded the night before by their client and boyfriends.............. ........so for me, i get more satisfaction knowing i confronted every, muthafucker in golds venice doing their bullshit for 8 years and someone let them know what time it is, golds venice is full of gays, weirdos, suckers, and bitchmade muthafuckers, whoever wants to train in that shitty homo environment, aint doin nothing but what everyone else is, some bullshit.

so what happened was the trainer chad and his client needed an LAPD escort out of the gym to their car, bc my friend big ram who was 6 ft 2 295 lbs and my other buddy were waiting outside to roll chad, but the LAPD was called to give them an escort, so chad took his homo ass got on a flight back to florida and stayed for 5 weeks bc during this time was involved with many hardcore gang members from all over the city of los angeles and he was worried he was going to get beat the fuck down, and i was banned from the gym.

yeah theres some good people at golds venice, and cool trainers, but the ever evolving corporate control, and the overcrowding of trainers and clients, and the hand of power given to the out of shape clowns who dont even exercise but have a trainer and come sit on machines and equipment, have over ran the gym with extracurricular activities that is just nonsense in the realm of working out, i get banned for working out but people go in there and prostitute, shoot dope, and do other outrageous foul shit, and get a free pass to fuck in the showers and do stupid shit, while a hard working iron pumper gets banned.................. .......FUCK GOLDS VENICE AND THEIR SHITBAG EMPLOYESS IN VENICE AND TEXAS.

Can't imagine getting ready to use a machine and someone tells me they are "using" it and I don't go through with using it.. If you are not actually on the machine working out, then you've lost your right to control said machine...end of story.
I would simply say that I'll be finished by the time they need it and that resolves the issue.
