1) always front load your creatine
2) train your arms every time you go to the gym
3) dont bother training your legs
4) keep pct handy for when you run out of creatine
5) always take a shake to the gym if you miss the anabolic window you will die
6) shadow boxing in the mirror between sets will make your peers look up to you
7) make sure you take a bench up when texting between sets you need the rest

Don't forget to take this. I would hate for anybody to miss out on an epic workout. Just try to contain the rage bros.

-fill up on fast carbs 30minutes before workout
-drink sugary drink during workout for the power
-after workout, the growth window, 50gramms protein with 100gramms sugar, and double that 1 hr later at home
-set alarm clock in middle of the night for protein shake
-dont overtrain, 1 set to failure, you grow outsid the gym,from eating, training is overrated,its all drugs
-cardio not needed, the at any time flexed and flared lats when walking down the street are good enough.
-leg training not needed, nobody sees them in 3 quarter shorts and you can pretend to be fashionable, and besides that walking the stairs anywhere is good enough.
-chest must be done on monday
-careful with the creatine usage, you dont want to get too big too fast, to avoid stretchmarks
-order the big fries at mcdonalds, this is advice from resident big guy cswol who does bench 220lbs for 50 like its nothing.also, pull your legs up while benching , into the cswol position similiar to when a women gets ready to receive the cock.
-eat big to get big, you are what you eat.dont eat chicken, chicken are small animals,and the term chicken breast did fall out of the blue sky.eat bananas, bc gorrilas do that too and theyre big.we share 99% dna with gorillas.
-eat frequent meals or youll be catabolic
-always stay around 15% bodyfat for well oiled joints and to be in permanent anabolic state.

Haha, yes I used to take that for my "pre-workout" nutrition but my gym asked me to stop so I wouldn't scare away the women and the effeminate male members with the resulting intensity of my training.

I was afraid to mention my secret weapon on this forum. I was kicked out of the gym the other day for destroying the roof. My warmup reps on bench press were so intense that the bar flew from my hands and up through the ceiling. Take this stuff sparingly and with caution.

if you imagine your arms are growing they will grow
see your biceps as 'baseballs' and your shoulders as 'cannonballs'
this will work
do a one day arm blitz tiwce a year- no more or your arms will get 'too big'
try dynamic tension for more strength without 'bulk'
pose between sets- everyone else in the gym will think you are one of lifes winners
also rather than eat at home bring a tuna jacket potato to the gym with you and eat it out of tupperware- people will know you are a bodybuilder
even outside the gym wear bodybuilder clothes- just in case anyone forgets you go the gym.
give advice out to everyone even if they don't ask- everyone appreciates being interrupted and told how to improve their form
never do dips or chins over a proper range of motion
when doing dumbell press use a 3 inch range of motion- anymore you will die
suqats are a waste of time- simply load up the bar unlock your knees slightly then re-rack

combine two exercises in one- you bench press while your training partner does upright rows- you will both be regarded as heroes
don't use cybergenics unless you can handle rapid growth

Of course it isn't. You just have to know your limitation and forget about ego and use the proper amount of weight to stimulate growth. NOTHING replaces the squat for leg growth!!!!!!!

I don't particularly think that there is one. Same if you had asked that about biceps. The movement is very simple. Legs on the other hand have a very complex movement and are responsible for moving your entire body in many different ways.

I'm with him on that you get so much more out of it then doing 1/2 reps just so you can put more weight on the bar. If your incorporating some 1/2 or forced reps at the end of your full range reps I believe this can be beneficial. A 1/2 rep only workout makes you look silly IMHO

Train only 3 times a week or you're gonna overtrain.
Don't train for strength for more than 8 weeks or you're gonna ovetrain.
Training to failure will damage your CNS.
You can damage your CNS and then you need to rest and eat like a pig.
You need to have 20% bf to be strong.
To get big squat you have to do extreme parallel Mark Rippletoe'esque low-bar squats, high bar ATG is inefficient.
Drink milk to get big.
Squats and deadlifts will make your arms grow. Just don't do them too often and never forget about gallon of milk per day.
