But could this be a drawback. Does good tasting food make you eat more calories?

Is there science on this?

Self control is an illusion, the body and brain does what it wants, then it let's the consciousness in on the decision and you perceive it as if you just made a decision.

i tried dieting a 2 days ago then the next day tried to do regular shit like mow a few yards and normal work. my bodywas aching half way through the day so fucking sluggish i realized in one day that i needed those calories for the muscles to recover. i think we could be missing out on some varieties of food. a cold climate doesnt seem to work that well for us either
