H ing big traps that overshadow your physique make a person look narrow, and the guy Sabah has no arms at all the traps are his best part doesn't look symetrical, that's why I quit training traps when I was 26, because you don't want the traps to throw off your physique

since i'm narrow i considered not training traps for this reason

Actually your physique is pretty balanced all you have to do is learn how to use agents in conjunction with each other and train like an animal and you can get there, imagine if u had the same look but weighed 260, you see fellas don't undrstand to get huge you have to put yourself thru workouts that leave u not able to walk or move, in order to get up to 280 with lean muscle the drugs alone can't get a person there it takes years and years of intense insane extreme workouts, you have to build it, kind of like a house, it doesn't become a mansion at the snap of a finger or a few nails and boards, u look good u just have to up the ante and the psychoticness, it all begins in the mind anabolichalo

since i'm narrow i considered not training traps for this reason
if you're narrow you don't even have to work traps, because they naturally pick up a lot the slack from other exercises due to biomechanics.

key to getting big traps is to work them everyday if you dont have any, or eod if you do, and different trap movements, many work traps but dont realize to hit the full trap you must use a wide grip, a narrow grip, and a close grip to work the full area and for isolation on the area of the trap, also dumbells, simultaneously, then one arm at a time for reps, then back to both arms at once, a continual pounding of the muscle.

Coach no offense I'm a iron pumper not a bodybuilder, if u worked my traps like I use to I would take offense, I remember when I was 19 I would wear a rag top like the barbarian brothers did and all you see is huge traps, but later on phased out of trapmania
