Ha, take a look at Priest's arms from his prime---take a look at Pastel, and wasn't Pastel like 5'2? He looked like a mini-Flex, very balanced.

Another short guy who I think is under-rated is Michio Grubbs.

It's because he had the most proportioned physic of all time.
He was short but impossible to say it on a picture or standing by himself on stage.

Lee priest had bad proportions, very short arms and legs.
Danny Padilla was better than priest but even him, you can say, "he is short".
