Title: Taking vitamins/minerals "Bodybuilding style"...
Post by: Pet shop boys on June 04, 2013, 07:13:02 AM
I've been taking Vitamins C,E, B12 Niacin,Zinc Magnesium,calcium,Omega, on a daily basis ..

And sometimes even more than that.... is it true that you don't need to take vitamins/minerals other than the ones that comes from  food?

What about bodybuilders? they all seem to take a bunch of vitamins and minerals daily  (besides drugs)

What Vitamins you take?

I bet 80 % of getbiggers take a bunch of vitamins, amino acids, and mineral pills...but since they're too "hard core" won't admit it here

only naturals take supplements

when you try roids you stop caring about supplements

as natural i used to be obsessed with supplements, hoping for one that actually worked ::)

Are you sponsored by Beverly?  You seem to push their overpriced products a lot.

I take a multivitamin because I don't think I eat enough vegetables.  If I ate a lot of them then I wouldn't bother with it.

Lol.

I only take their UMP and their multi. Both are top notch. But seriously, find me a better multi and I'll switch.

i never 'believed' in vitamins before. was one of those guys who just didnt think theyd really do much.

given my occupation i am always touching money. i have probably handled millions of dollars in bills. not in bricks. counted. by hand. money is the dirtiest shit on the planet- every time i see someone with a bill in their mouth i cringe.

anyway, no coincidence for years i was always sick. seemed i was always battling a cold. i'd have cold that typically last all winter.

i started taking 5000iu of vit c, a multi, a b complex and 5000iu of vit d. i havent had a cold in 2 years. thats saying something.

Yeah, I pay $22 for a box (30 packs), lasts a month. They're all in a little pack so I just take em all with breakfast ED. (Make sure you take em with fats present.)

Time released so even though I drink a gallon of water per day or so, I'm still pissing neon green like 8 hours later.

Good man.

Our food sucks nowadays...most people are deficient in micros. Especially Bodybuilders. I think they're super important. They are ESSENTIAL afterall.
