Do any of you diet gurus buy into the eat late at night when your metabolism is slower, makes you gain weight school of thought? I eat pretty much what and when I want, and while I do see the thought process that goes with it, to me it seems if you are an active person and keep the daily momentum going, it shouldn't matter when you eat. I'd like to hear varying opinions.

metabolism isnt really slower, i have my biggest meal right before sleeping.every single day.
Yeah but don't you sleep at 5 am after hitting the clubs? For some of us that's breakfast time ;D

That's a fucking myth. I'm ripped and I eat 2, 3 meals between 9pm and 4am.
Everybody's clock is different. On most days, "night" for me is 4, 5 AM to noon.

Are you up because of work or something? That's some pretty strange hours you keep. Very 18th century.
