Title: Lets talk "deep web".
Post by: Wiggs on June 05, 2013, 11:39:23 PM
I don't want to hear about illicit activities. Have you chaps browsed this real internet? Have you come across interesting stuff outside of the hitmen, and drugs?

That's what I used to call my third wife.

What did she use to call you? I'm thinking variations of "retarded garden gnome".

How cute, a hater from 12000 miles away. Who would have thunk.

Is "thunk" the dull hollow sound made when your cranium comes into contact with something?

The part of the internet that is not indexed by Google (you can't use it to search for deep web sites).

It's many times bigger than the internet you access from Google.

So how do you access it? Type random stuff in your browser?

No, you need to access it through the Tor network by connecting to a server. There is a plugin for Firefox. The network is not unmonitored, rumour has it that governments have set up their own servers so they can see what those who connect through them to the network do. So, if you think you can buy drugs and stay anonymous... think again.

So, basically it's just like any other web---you will get tangled in it.

People who sell drugs/by drugs and think they won't get caught, aren't the most critical thinking people.

Yes, it interests me as well. I read an article about it. I guess you can't find it without knowing exactly what to look for(web address) or someone sharing a link. It's like the ocean I guess, with the regular web being the surface, and the deep web being everything else. Good topic of discussion Wiggs.

The native people refer to it as "fire pee pee". Took 2 runs of Amoxicillin but it took care of it and my chamorrita never came back.

I've browsed it for a day, some weird stuff on it but nothing you can't really find on google - murder pics, gore pics, scat, etc. There's no fucking hitman webistes, they're all fake. No hitman or mercenary would advertise his services online.
The thing it's mostly used for (so my buddy says) is for the drugs. You can order drugs off some of those deepweb sites with bitcoins (I'd never do it) and apparently a lot of people use it. That infamous "silk road" website is one I know of.

The amount of "kiddy stuff" so accessible in plain view will keep me from ever going there. Fuck that!

Our internet " surface" its only  10% of the whole internet.

Berigie Web: The famous Deep Web,  divided into two parts: common sites such as Wiki and hiddem HackBB and restricted sites and closed groups

Marianas Web: The watershed between the known and the Deep Web Deep Web more anonymous and hidden, where are the people with more advanced knowledge in computing, the real hackers, crackers, etc. and bankers. From that point it gets more tense, and this part can be divided into three levels, which are:

     Level 1: videos and government documents, and a network strongly encrypted and secure;
Level 2: monetary power at stake, who negotiate billions of dollars
Level 3: control global technological documents related to quantum computing, elite hacker, where conquering power and money.

There are theories that say that the Deep may have 8-10 levels, but not known exactly due to lack of access.

East Coast... I haven't either. There maybe pawn shops with frozen foods sections. I wouldn't know...but I do know that They will try to pawn off frozen foods, or sell it to people they know or family.
Dude, go by a place that is near a mall with a Sears or near a Walmart or Kmart if you see brand new TVs and vacuums, chances are they were stolen from there.

Also, many car rental places at airports have give a small fee to the people who find "unclaimed" (meaning you haven't gotten to it yet) baggage. Especially laptops, or nice luggage. Then they pawn those off or sell them on eBay.

You do know that ALL web traffic goes through a handful of DNS servers owned by the US gov correct?  All traffic in and out.  No matter how deep, traffic needs to know where it's going and that is only done via DNS servers.
