I wasn't the moderator that merged the threads together.
That said, if someone tells me where the cut off point should be (in other words, the exact page where I should split the topic), I can try to un-merge them.

its actually merged quite in a good way ,even though it was done randomly.
not sure if unmerging is even possible,but the damage isnt too bad.
but the shizzo and wes infight was unnecesary and oftopic and sadly,not even funny,hence totaly useless.
wes meant good , his posts been useful.
i asked to have shizzos posts in that thread deleted, think thats a no brainer.
I can unmerge the thread by splitting it from a certain page forward and then merging the parts that belong in it individually.
You just have to give me the reference pages to split the topic from.

Ok, matter resolved..
The galeniko nutritional thread stands alone and the Wes vs Shizzo thread has been created after the material was extracted from the original thread.
