Applying all that cover up is probably making it even worse.

I used to train with a guy in the 80's who developed really bad cystic acne on his back when he was on high test cycles.  His girl used to cut the cysts with a scalpel and squeeze them.  What came out looked like gobs of yellow cottage cheese.  Pretty gross shit to have on your back, I can't imagine what it must be like to have these on your face.

Those with clear skin should feel very fortunate when they see someone like this.

Imagine taking a shower with her the next mourning, and that makeup starts running off.  It would be like that scene from The Shining where Jack hugs that beautiful girl and she turns into a scary old woman!!!  ;D ;D
